Evig Labs is operated by Dhamma Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. Dhamma Labs LLP is the data controller responsible for any personal information you submit through this Site.
This is a coming-soon page. The only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through the email field. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on this Site. We do not ask for your name, location, or any other identifying details at this stage.
Your email address is used for a single purpose: to notify you when our product becomes available. We will not use your email for marketing unrelated to that purpose, and we will not contact you for any other reason without your explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We do not share it with any third party for their own marketing or analytics purposes. The only recipient of your email address is our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, which processes it strictly to deliver the storage service we use, under their own data processing terms. We may disclose your email address where required to do so by applicable law or by a binding order from a court or regulatory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the time limits required by applicable law.
We retain your email address until you request deletion, until we have completed the purpose for which you provided it (notifying you of our launch), or until we are legally required to delete it. If you would like your email removed earlier, contact us and we will delete it.
Because our infrastructure provider operates globally, your email address may be stored on servers located outside India, including in the United States. By submitting your email, you acknowledge this cross-border transfer. We rely on standard contractual safeguards provided by our infrastructure provider to protect your information during such transfers.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your email address, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect email addresses from children. If you believe a minor has submitted an email address to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product and practices evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
